1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State. Perused the record of investigation. 2] By an order dated 24th September 2018, the applicant was granted interim relief 3] The record indicates that the applicant and the first informant have settled the matter amicably. The first informant Smt.Caroline Elbert Corea has affirmed an affidavit dated 21st 1/2

osk 14-aba-1923-2018.odt September 2018 to that effect and the same has been forwarded to the Investigating Agency. The Investigating Officer has also effected 'Case Diary' entry stating that, the first informant has told him that she is not interested in further prosecuting the applicant and that, she has no grievance as against the applicant.

4] In view of the above, interim relief granted by Order dated 24th September 2018 is hereby confirmed.
