The petition is disposed of, by consent of parties, in terms of the following order :

The Petitioners shall submit withdrawal forms for withdrawing their PF dues to Respondent No.2 within a period of two weeks from today. The withdrawal forms shall be endorsed by Respondent No.2 within a period of two weeks thereafter. The endorsed withdrawal forms shall then be filed with the Provident Fund Authority. The Provident Fund Authority shall dispose of the applications for withdrawal within a period of two months from the date of submission of duly endorsed withdrawal forms. (S.C. Gupte, J.)
