1) At the outset learned A.P.P. submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime police have submitted chargesheet on 2nd February 2018.

2) In view thereof, learned counsel for the Petitioners on instructions seeks leave to withdraw Petition with liberty to file an application for discharge, if charge is not framed till today or to contest the case arising out of CR No. 198 of 2017 registered with APMC Police Station, Navi Mumbai before the Trial Court.

Leave and liberty granted.
