Heard. This application is made by the legal heirs of sole respondent Swastik Baburao Shahpure, who died on 13.07.2016.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus Basavraj G Patil 1/2

16.7.17-caw "(a) The applicants above named be allowed to be brought on record of the aforesaid Writ Petition No.3465/2006 as heirs and legal representatives of deceased respondent Swastik Baburao Shahapure and the records and proceedings be allowed to be amended accordingly."

b) The petitioner Department of State of Maharashtra is directed to carry out appropriate amendment in the Writ Petition within two weeks from today.

c) If amendment is not carried out by the Office of the Government Pleader, liberty granted to the applicant to carry out the said amendment in the writ petition thereafter.

d) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
