That time nobody appeared for the applicant and the matter was adjourned to 02/07/2019 under the caption of dismissal. On 02/07/2019, due to heavy rains many Advocates could not remain present, so this court on its own adjourned this matter for today. Even today nobody appears, therefore the matter is dismissed for non prosecution.
