By the order dated 5th August 2022 passed by the Registrar [Judicial-I], four weeks time was granted to remove the office objections, failing which registration of the Writ Petition was directed to be refused.

Learned counsel appearing for the Applicants states that the Writ Petition is not yet admitted and notice is also not issued in the main Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

The Petitioners to comply with the conditional order dated 5th August 2022 of Registrar [Judicial-I] within a period of six weeks from today.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
