Mr. Bhargude submits that the parties have filed consent terms dated 11th March, 2019 duly signed by the parties and their Advocates in P.A. No.29 of 2010 before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Pune at Pune. He has tendered photo copy of the said consent terms. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Clause (h) of the consent terms provides that both the parties will co-operate with each other for withdrawing the litigations pending between them as referred in clause (g) of the consent terms. He further states that the petitioner is present in the Court. He has tendered photo copy of her "Election Identity Card" which is taken on record and marked 'Y' for identification. On instructions, he seeks permission to withdraw the Petition. Ms. Kadam has no objection.
