From the record it is seen that no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 12/2/2021, 9/3/2021 and latest on 6/12/2021. Even today there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

The petition was dismissed in default once on 9/8/2019 and thereafter restored by an order dated 7/2/2020 passed by this Court. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition, hence dismissed for non prosecution.
