Both learned counsel state that the parties have arrived at a settlement and that the review petition may be disposed of in terms of the consent terms that have been signed by the petitioner and respondent no.1 and their Advocates. The consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. It is submitted that the petitioner no.1 being the President of Mahila Mandal, Sinnar has authorised Mr.Sanap to sign the consent terms. Accordingly, the authorisation letter signed by present President Mrs.Khatriya is also annexed to the consent terms. On behalf of the petitioners, an undertaking contained in paragraph 2 of the consent terms is accepted.

At the request of parties, the petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. For reporting compliance, the matter be listed on 9th April, 2018.
