Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and Ms. Sonawane, learned A.P.P., for respondent-State.

Perused the order passed by this Court on 4th February, 2020 (Coram: Sandeep K. Shinde, J.), protecting the liberty of the applicant by granting him anticipatory bail with certain conditions stipulated therein.

Subsequently, on 30th October, 2021, none appeared when the matter was called out and, therefore, this Court had vacated interim relief granted to the applicant.

I am convinced with the argument of the learned Counsel for the applicant that due to inadvertence, learned Counsel representing the applicant could not remain present on 30th October, 2021. As such, the order passed by this Court on 4th February, 2020 granting anticipatory bail to the applicant stands restored.
