By this civil application, the applicant seeks to bring the legal heirs of the sole respondent on record. I have perused the averments made in the civil application. For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). Amendment to be carried out within four weeks from today. Amended copy of the first appeal shall be served upon the newly added parties within two weeks from the date of carrying out amendment. No order as to costs.
