DATED : 18th JUNE 2021 P.C:- After hearing the matter for a considerable length of time and when I expressed my disinclination to grant any relief, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the application.

Heard Advocate Subir Sarkar, appointed counsel who represent the complainant, who is presently housed in shelter home. In continuation of the earlier order, Mr.Sarkar informs that the victim girl has been provided with vocational training which would make her stand on her own feet and earn her livelihood. The efforts on the part of the said authorities are appreciated.
