Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that being a member of Society, he had paid maintenance charges to the Secretary. It is alleged that Secretary sold his flat and now has no concern with the Society affairs. It seems that allegation is against the Managing Committee members including Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and others. Prima-facie it seems that the issue concerns the internal

2/2 wp4143.15.sxw administration of a co-operative Society. If the petitioner desires, petitioner may resort to appropriate alternate statutory remedy as prescribed in Criminal Procedure Code as according to petitioner, police has not taken any cognizance so far.
