Yogeshwar Bhalchandra Gokhale This appeal is preferred against the order of granting adinterim relief passed by the City Civil Court, Dindoshi (Borivali Division) Goregaon on 16th August 2016. Admittedly, the notice of motion is yet pending before the trial court for hearing and decision. Since, the last two years, no stay was obtained or the matter was not circulated, even for getting the stay to the impugned order. In view thereof, no case is made out for stay of the impugned order now. Apart from that, the parties can agitate their respective grievances before the trial court in the pending notice of motion.
