It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the validation proceeding in respect of her Caste claim is pending with Respondent No.2. Same is, yet not decided since the year 2015. Now the employer is insisting for production of the same and has withheld her salary.

In view of that, following order is passed.

i) Respondent no.2 shall decide the Caste validity certificate proceedings of the petitioner, expeditiously, on its merits. ii) The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 12.9.2022.

iii)Respondent No.3 may not take adverse action against the petitioner, only on the ground that validation of Caste Certificate is still pending.

iv)The employer may take further action in accordance with the decision taken in the validation proceeding.

The petition is disposed of.

No costs.
