ORDER:- The Applicant-Appellant has filed the First Appeal in this Court, however, there is a delay of 12 days. Therefore, the Applicant has taken out the present Civil Application for condonation of delay. Considering the averments made and as the sufficient cause is shown, we are inclined to condone the delay in terms of prayer clause (b).

Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
