Learned counsel for the Petitioner has restricted his prayer only for the directions to the Special Judge, Pune to decide his application for directions to the investigating agency to investigate the matter U/s.173(8) of the Cr.p.c. He submitted that, said application was filed on 30/11/2017 and till today it is not decided.

Considering that, the said application is for seeking urgent relief and it is pending for inordinately long time, learned Special Judge, is directed to decide said application at the earliest

22-wp-1737-23 and as far as possible within a period of two months from today. 3.

All the contentions including the maintainability of said application and locus of the petitioner are left open to be decided by that Court.

The Petition is disposed of.
