1] After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned Counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the trial Court, if the trial arising out of C.R. No. II-37 of 2018 registered with Mumbra Police Station, District Thane, now culminated into Special (NDPS) Case No. 56 of 2018, pending on the file of Additional Sessions Judge and Special Judge (NDPS), Thane, does not commence within a period of one year from today.

Leave and liberty granted.
