Learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of petition so as to avail remedy of appeal in view of order of compulsory retirement passed by Respondent No. 3. Learned counsel submits that, the Petitioner will fle appeal within one week from today. He submits that, in case such appeal is fled, the Appellate Authority may be directed to decide the said appeal within stipulated period. 2.
In the light of statements made across bar, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn and same stands disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy of appeal. In case petitioner fles appeal within one week from today, the Appellate Authority shall decide the Bhagyawant Punde
