Learned AGP, on instructions, states upon the Petitioner depositing a sum of Rs.6,474/- with the District Re-Settlement Ofcer, the District Re-Settlement Ofcer shall take a decision on the application of the Petitioner for allotment of alternate land within a period of four weeks from the date of deposit.

Accepting the statement of the learned AGP, we dispose of the Contempt Petition.
