P.C. :- In pursuance of order dated 19th March, 2019 applicant Nagraj Jain has deposited an amount of Rs.18,00,000/- [Rupees Eighteen Lakhs only].

2] The learned counsel for the applicant is quite correctly in submitting that, the relief in these applications 1/2

CRP caw512-19 has been rendered infructuous, since, now there is no question of filing any affidavit / undertaking as per clause (c) of order dated 4th October, 2017. The amount now is deposited by the applicant. The registry of this Court is directed to invest the said amount in any Nationalised Bank initially for a period of one year. This shall be without prejudice to the applicant seeking withdrawal of such amount. If such application is made, the same will be considered on its merits and in accordance with the law. 3] Accordingly, both the Civil Applications are disposed as infructuous.
