This is an application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing of C.C. No. 613 of 2011 under Sections 498A, 420, 423, 406, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code pending on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class-3, Kalyan, District Thane.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant and Respondent No.2 herein have settled the matter amicably and they have filed Consent Terms dated 31.08.2017 in Petition No.A-1125/2012 in the Family Court at Bandra. She tendered a photocopy of the said Consent Terms. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that in view of clause No.7 of Sneha Chavan 1/2

911 apl 1197-12=.doc the said Consent Terms, Respondent No.2 has no objection for quashing of said criminal case.

Respondent No.2 is personally present in the Court and submitted that she has signed the said Consent Terms dated 31.08.2017 and has no objection for quashing of the said Criminal Complaint No. 613/2011 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate First Class-3, Kalyan.

In view of the above, Criminal Case No. 613/2011 under Sections 498A, 420, 423, 406, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate First Class-3, Kalyan, is hereby quashed.
