The challenge in this petition is to an order dated 14 th September, 2016 passed by the Additional Collector Pune in RTS Appeal No.359 of 2015. Today when the matter came up for hearing the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1 on instructions of Respondent No.1 who is present in the Court in all fairness stated that the Petition may be disposed of by continuing the interim protection granted by this Court on 19 th October, 2016 till the disposal of the RTS Appeal No.359 of 2015. 2.

The RTS Appeal No. 359 of 2015 filed by the Petitioner is

WP.12131/2016(23) pending before the Additional Collector, Pune at Pune. The learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 fairly states that he has no objection if the statement made by him, which is reflected in the order dated th October, 2016 passed by this Court is continued till the final disposal of RTS Appeal No.359 of 2015. The statement is accepted. The Petitioner's Counsel is satisfied with this arrangement. 3.

Subject to what is stated herein above the Writ Petition is disposed of.
