This is an application for condonation of delay of 56 days in preferring the Appeal against the Judgment and order dated 16/06/2022 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ratnagiri in Special Case No.14 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that some time was required in collecting the necessary papers, besides certified copy of the Judgment. There was communication gap Digitally signed by VINOD BHASKAR GOKHALE Date:

10-ia-3569-22 between the family members of the Applicant, the Trial lawyer and the Advocate in the High Court. The Applicant' s financial condition was also not good. He had to make an arrangement to pay the fine amount, which has caused delay in preferring the Appeal. 4.

Considering these submissions and in the interest of justice, the Application is allowed. The delay of 56 days in preferring the appeal is condoned. The Appeal be processed further.
