For the explicit reasons recorded in the order dated 25-11-2014 the applicant has been protected by the interim order passed by my predecessor.

The reply filed by the prosecution does not reveal any cogent reasons repelling the reasons for which the ad-interim protection has been granted to the applicant.

In view of the undertaking given by the applicant to the management, it is difficult to perceive of there being any need of custodial interrogation of the applicant for completion of the investigation of crime in question.

Resultantly, the application is allowed.

The ad-interim direction given vide order dated 25-11-2014 are hereby confirmed on earlier terms and conditions with addition that the applicant shall cooperate with the management for recovery of admitted balance amount of milk sold to the various authorities.

Application stand disposed of.
