The Applicant, apprehending arrest, in connection with investigation of Crime No.670/2016 of Police Station Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune City, under Section 420, 447, 464, 465, 467, 471, 474 and 120(B) r/w. 34 of IPC, is seeking anticipatory bail. 2.

The aforesaid crime is registered on the basis of the complaint lodged by Arvind Changdev Rane on 2 December 2016, which is stated to be under investigation. The gravamen of the allegations is that the Applicant in collusion with the co-accused, had forged development agreement and an irrevocable Power of Attorney on 30 Mamta Kale page 1 of 2

23-aba-2944-2021.doc April 2010 in respect of land of the informant and got them registered at Serial Nos.3650 and 3651 in the Sub-Registrar's office at Haveli. It is further alleged that on the basis of the same, an unauthorised construction of two storied building was made on the land of the informant by way of an encroachment. 3.

It can be seen that the documents are of the 2010 and the FIR is lodged in the year 2016. The evidence, if any would be essentially of a documentary nature. This Court by an order dated 14 December 2021 had granted interim protection to the Applicant, on condition of attendance. The Applicant has reported to the Investigating Officer and cooperated in the investigation. 4.

Considering the over all circumstances, the Criminal Application is disposed of in terms of the order dated 14 December 2021 which is hereby made absolute.
