Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Prayer clause (A) of this application reads thus :- "(A) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to set-aside the ex-parte rejection order dated 10/09/2015 and to restore the said writ Petition to the file of the Court and the same be disposed off on merits."

By order dated 10th September, 2015 Writ Petition filed by the applicant has been dismissed on merits on the ground that the same is misconceived. Therefore, there is no question of setting aside the said order dated 10th September, 2015. Application is accordingly rejected. (A.K. MENON, J) (A.S. OKA, J)
