DATE : 5th March 2019 PC :
1.
Heard learned counsel for parties. Admittedly the trial has already commenced. The prosecution has examined two witnesses. The learned APP, on instructions, states that two to three other witnesses are to be examined by prosecution. In view of the submission, learned counsel for applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application. However, it is prayed that the Trial Court be directed to conclude the trial expeditiously. 2.
Since the prosecution has already examined two witnesses and few more witnesses are to be examined, the Trial Court shall make an endeavour to complete the trial in three months. In view of this, Criminal Bail Application No.2404 of 2018 is allowed to be withdrawn and stands dismissed as such.
