The Applicant/Respondent No.2 has sought cancellation of bailable warrant issued against him vide order dated 01/12/2021. 2.

For the reasons stated in the Application and also in view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the Respondent No.2 that she will be representing Respondent No.2 and that Respondent No.2 will remain present as and when required by the Court, the bailable warrant issued against Respondent No.2 vide order dated 01/12/2021 is recalled. 3.
