This is an application for recalling the order dated 15th June, 2018 by which C.R.A was dismissed for want of service on respondent No.3 and for restoration of C.R.A after condoning the delay of 37 days caused in filing the application.

For the reasons stated in the application, C.A is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) with no order as to costs. Order dated 15th June, 2018 passed in C.R.A. No.274 of 2013 is recalled. C.R.A is restored to its original position. C.A is disposed of.
