The petitioner has prayed for direction to the Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 30th January, 2018, thereby requesting for implementation of the order dated 4th July, 2017 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune, within a time bound manner.

In view of the limited prayer made in the present Writ Petition, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondent No.1, viz.,

Mugdha 2 25-WP 9873-19.odt the Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune, to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 30th January, 2018, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order, if not already decided.

With this direction, the present Writ Petition is disposed of.
