The above Civil Application has been filed seeking extension of time to deposit the interim compensation fixed by this Court for October 2016 as the same has not been deposited by the Applicant for the reasons mentioned in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the above Civil Application. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant Mr. Limaye states that the interim compensation for the month subsequent to October 2016 till date has been deposited in this court. The Respondent No.2 Taiyeb Abdeally Khambati who is the brother of the Respondent No.1 is personally present in court and states that he has no objection if the above Civil Application is allowed and the amount is deposited by the Applicant. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed, the Applicant to deposit the amount of Rs.20,000/- in this court within one week from date. mmj
