Heard. This Application is made by the claimant for condonation of 288 days delay in preferring the appeal challenging the award dated 28/07/2012 passed by the Reference Court in L.A.R.No.26/2006.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

(a) That the delay of 288 days in filing the First Appeal against the judgment and award in LR No.26/2006 passed by the 3rd Jt. Civil Judge, Senior Division Nasik dated 20/07/2012 may kindly be condoned in the interest of justice. b) Civil Application stands disposed off accordingly.
