The petitioner's grievance is that the representations have been made for conversion of Gram Panchayat into Nagar Parishad - Municipal Council. The counsel submits that by communication dated 5th November, 2015, it is intimated by the State that the representation has been forwarded to the Urban Development Department. At this stage, no interference is warranted. The State would look into the representation on its own merits as expeditiously as possible. Petition is disposed of.
