This Application is moved for restoration of First Appeal along with Civil Applications which were dismissed by order dated 16th August, 2017 passed by Registrar (Judicial-II). 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the First Appeal was dismissed for non-removal of office objection before sending notice. He submitted that he will remove the office objections within two days.
