By order dated 18 October 2022, we had directed the State Government to take a decision as regard the proposals sent by

Trupti 2 8-wp-12420-2022.doc Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 for amendment of bye-laws in respect of the Petitioners and villagers of 10 villages. The learned Senior Advocate for the State informs us that the proposal for amendment of bye-laws has been rejected.

For this subsequent development, the Petitioners will have to take out independent proceedings as may be available in law. If such proceedings are taken out, then it would be considered on their own merits.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 5.
