This Appeal is preferred by the appellants against the judgment and order dated 12th February, 2009 passed by the District Judge, Sangli in Miscellaneous Appeal No. 116 of 2008 under section 72 of Bombay Public Trusts Act, by which the dismissal order dated 6th February, 2008 in Appeal No. 78 of 2007 was confirmed. The appellants have filed Change report No. 1454 of 2005 before the Assistant Charity Commission, which was rejected by him.

Considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellants. This being the First Appeal against the order passed under section 72 of the Bombay Public Trust Act, hence it it to be treated as Second Appeal. No substantial question of law is made out. Hence, the First Appeal is dismissed.
