The petition was filed on 8-10-2015 after which it was listed on two occasions, firstly on 29-9-2016 and thereafter on 7-6-2017. On the latter date, namely on 7-6-2017, both the petitioner and his Advocate were absent. The matter had been repeatedly appearing on our board but when it is called out today, in the absence of both the petitioner and the Advocate, we have no alternative but to dismiss it for want of prosecution.
