Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to approach once again before the authority and file a fresh application for granting temporary license for selling firecrackers. 2.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the parties and keeping in view the fact that the impugned order is non-speaking order we dispose of this

WP.11954/2016(910) Petition by granting liberty to the Petitioner to file fresh application within 2 days before the Authority and on receipt of such application the Authority shall pass fresh order as expeditiously as possible but not later than 3 days from the receipt of this order.
