The above Civil Application has been filed by the original Petitioners in the above Petition seeking leave to amend the Petition so as to bring the subsequent fact of the deemed conveyance being executed and registration on record and also incorporate grounds of challenge to the execution of the said deemed conveyance. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.5 in whose favour the order of deemed conveyance is passed submits to the orders of the Court. The Civil BGP.

Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the Petitioners would be permitted to amend the Petition in terms of the schedule to the Civil Application. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from date. The affidavit in reply to the amended Petition to be filed within four weeks thereafter. List the above Petition with Writ Petition No.11105 of 2016 on 16.01.2017. The Petitioner in the Writ Petition No.11105 of 2016 is also permitted to amend the Petition within two weeks to bring the said subsequent fact on record. The reply affidavit in the said Petition if the same is amended is also to be filed within four weeks thereafter. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed. [R.M.SAVANT, J] BGP.
