By this Civil Application, the Applicant Insurance Company is seeking permission to serve the Respondent No.7 Shri Arun Dudhanath Mishra by substituted service as per Order V Rule 20 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the civil application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing this civil application.
