The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have given applications on 26th November 2021 and 29th November 2011 to the respondent, however, no decision has been taken on it as yet.

The respondent may take decision on the applications filed by the petitioners for recall of the order dated 6th July 2019 in view of the fact that the writ petition has been disposed of and the order cancelling the Sanad was subject to the decision in the writ petition.

In light of that, the respondent shall take decision on the applications of the petitioners (page 41 and 43) on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within two months from the date of appearance before the respondent.
