At the outset, learned APP states that the investigating agency does not want to arrest the applicants as they have cooperated with the investigation and the charge-sheet is already filed.

2 / 2 15-aba-2950-21(f) court. Considering this situation, since the investigating agency does not want to arrest the applicants, this application will have to be allowed.

Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) In the event of their arrest in connection with C.R.No. 387 of 2021 registered with Cuff Parade police station, the applicants are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing P. R. bonds in the sum of Rs.30,000/- each (Rupees Thirty Thousand each Only) with one or two sureties each in the like amount.

(ii) The Applicants shall attend all the dates before the trial court regularly unless exempted by that court.

(iii) Application stands disposed of accordingly. (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.)
