Heard. By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the order dated 05.10.2016 passed by the Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner, Vashi, New Mumbai for recovery of sum of Rs.6,41,059/-.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they already deposited the entire amount with the Authority. Same is confirmed by the Advocate for respondent.

In view of compliance of the order dated 05.10.2016, nothing survives in the Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.

No order as to costs.
