Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No. 1348 of 2020 registered with Sakinaka Police Station for the offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC.

The attributions against the applicant are substantiated based on the promissory notes and cheques. As such, involvement of the applicant in offence of cheating can be inferred. 3.

That being so, no case for bail is made out.
