Heard learned counsel appearing for the applicant and learned A.G.P. for the first respondent. In view of the averments made in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. We make it clear that this order shall not be construed to mean that this Court has made any adjudication on the issue whether an action requires to be initiated against the added respondent for contempt.

Place the contempt petition on 9th February,2015 for considering the issue whether action deserves to be initiated against the added respondent.
