The grievance of the petitioner in the petition was for seeking temporary bail for 90 days in view of his mother is ailments. 2.

Learned APP has tendered across the bar report prepared and signed by the Superintendent, Kolhapur Central Prison Kalamba, Kolhapur. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. It is stated in the report that the petitioner at present stands released on covid-19 parole leave.

With the passage of time the grievance raised in the petition would not survive.
