1] The learned APP has invited my attention to Para 5 of the order passed by the Sessions Court in Anticipatory Bail Application NO.1157/2020 dated 13.10.2020, where it is recorded that police have completed investigation and filed charge-sheet against the accused before the Magistrate. So also rightly it is observed in the Application that Application for Anticipatory Bail cannot be entertained. 2] Needless to state that it was open for the learned Additional Sessions Judge to direct the Applicant to surrender and to take such appropriate steps as he may be advised and seek his release on bail on the ground of completion of investigation. 3] Though the learned Sessions Judge rejected the Application for 1/2

(905)ABA-2838-2022.doc Anticipatory Bail, I do not intend to continue with the same as now the investigation is complete and charge sheet is filed. 4] Let the Applicant approach the learned trial Court by filing appropriate application.
