This civil application is filed for condoning the delay of 19 days in filing the revision application. Having perused the averments as made in the application, I am of the opinion that sufficient cause has been made out and also the delay has been satisfactorily explained.

Civil application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). No costs.
