After some arguments counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition because during arguments it was detected that actionable averments have not been made. The learned counsel seeks liberty to file a fresh Petition making said prayers. Granting liberty as prayed for the Petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, if the Petitioner was to once again visit this Court it would be expected that proper pleadings are made.
